The Mickelson Trail, located in the Black Hills of South Dakota, spans the length of the Black Hills and is perfect for bicycling! The trail follows an old railroad bed from Deadwood, SD, all the way to Edgemont, SD, in the southern Black Hills.
Each year, on the 3rd Saturday of June, The Big Mick Century Ride is held. There are a number of starting and stopping points along the way, including some of the most scenic towns and vistas in all of the Black Hills.
